摘要
“智能工匠”是指具有家国情怀、爱岗敬业、精益求精等一流核心职业能力和卓越专业技能的、能适应智能制造生产一线要求的现代制造业高技能人才。培养“智能工匠”是“中国制造”向“中国智造”转变的必然要求,是人工智能时代制造业对技能人才的必然要求。“智能工匠”的培养必须建立起以“课程思政”为保障、以现代学徒制为关键、以导师制为突破的人才培养机制。这一机制在湖州职业技术学院(以下简称湖州职院)智能制造类专业进行了两年的实践,取得了初步成效,具有一定的应用和推广价值。
The “intelligent craftsman” persons refer to the high skilled workers in modern manufacturing industry that can meet the requirements of the first line in intelligent manufacturing and production, with first class core professional abilities and excellent professional skills, such as patriotism, dedication, precision and refinement. Cultivating “intelligent craftsman” persons is an inevitable requirement for the transformation of “Made in China” to “Wisdom in China”, and also the inevitable requirement of skilled workers in the manufacturing industry in the era of artificial intelligence. The cultivation of “intelligent craftsman” persons must establish a talent cultivation mechanism with “curriculum ideological and political education” as the guarantee, modern apprenticeship as the key, and tutorial system as the breakthrough. This mechanism has been practiced for two years in the major of intelligent manufacturing of Huzhou Vocational and Technical College, and achieved the expected results, with certain promotion and application value.
