摘要
五项修炼是指自我超越、心智模式、共同愿景、团队学习和系统思考,它们在高职幼师的艺术课教学中发挥着重要作用。其作用主要表现在:自我超越的实现能激发学生的学习动力,心智模式则左右着人的思维方式和行为方式,共同愿景能引导学生为实现同一个目标而努力学习,团队学习则能够激励学生互帮互助、共同提高,系统思考最为重要,是个人和团队达成最终目标所必须的基本素质。因此,运用好五项修炼,能促进高职艺术课更好地完成教学任务,达到预期的教学目标。
Five disciplines refer to self-transcendence,mental model,common vision,team learning and systematic thinking,which are very useful in art teaching of kindergarten teachers in higher vocational colleges.The main manifestations are as follows:the realization of self-transcendence can stimulate students’ learning motivation,the mental model can influence people’s thinking and behavior.The common vision can guide students to work hard to achieve the same goal,team learning can help each other,improve together,systematic thinking is the most important,and is the basic quality necessary for individuals and teams to achieve the ultimate goal.Therefore,taking good use of the five disciplines can promote the higher vocational art class to better complete the teaching tasks and achieve the expected teaching objectives.
