Research Progress in Pathogenesis of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

目的特发性膜性肾病(idiopathic membranous nephropathy,IMN)是导致成年人肾病综合征的最常见原因之一,其发病率逐年增加。IMN病因不明确,发病机制复杂,治疗方案尚不统一,且病程及预后相差很大。因此,早期准确诊断并制定最佳治疗方案是改善IMN患者预后的重要措施。

Objective Idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN) is one of the most common causes of adult nephrotic syndrome,and its incidence is increasing year by year.The etiology of IMN is still unclear.The pathogenesis is complex,the treatment plan is not uniform,and the course of disease and prognosis are very different.Therefore,early diagnosis and development of optimal treatment options are important measures to improve the long-term prognosis of patients.
