新常态下我国财政支农政策和金融对接问题分析

Analysis on the Problems of the Financial Support Policy and the Financial Interconnection in China under the New Normal

“三农”是党和国家一直重视的方面,其对“三农”工作方面给予大量的重视和政策支持,在改革开放之后我国经济实力不断增强,党和国家更是全面地加强了政策支农的力度。政府作为支持“三农”工作的主导力量,政策支农各个方面的制度安排越发完善,有效地发挥了政策对“三农”事业发展的根本保障性功能。本文就是主要探讨一下在新常态下我国财政支农政策与金融对接过程中产生的问题,同时也简要地分析一下解决这些问题的基本方针和对策。

"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"is an aspect that the party and the state have always attached great importance to,and policy support for,the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".After the reform and opening up,China's economic strength has been continuously strengthened.The Party and the state have strengthened policy support for agriculture in an all-round way.As the leading force in supporting the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,the government has improved the institutional arrangements for all aspects of policy support and effectively played the fundamental role of policy in guaranteeing the development of the"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"cause.This paper mainly discusses the problems arising in the process of linking the fiscal policy of supporting agriculture and finance in China under the new normal,and also briefly analyzes the basic principles and countermeasures for solving these problems.
