摘要
我国部分酒店的营销理念仍然较为落后,加之资金投入严重不足,其营销工作的有效性难以得到提升。本文将对酒店管理与市场营销的关联进行分析,并介绍当下酒店管理与市场营销工作中存在的问题,同时将提出通过改进管理模式,促进市场营销发展的具体措施。
The marketing concept of some hotels in China is still relatively backward.In addition,the capital investment is seriously insufficient,and the effectiveness of its marketing work is difficult to be improved.This article will analyze the relationship between hotel management and marketing,and introduce the problems existing in the current hotel management and marketing work.At the same time,it will propose specific measures to improve the marketing model by improving the management model.
