在高校体育教学中,要实现全面提升课堂教学成效,对教师职业能力的培养至关重要。将体育教师职业能力创新发展作为体育教学改革的引领性途径,用教师带动学生,用学生带动学校,实现整体创新、全面发展。本次研究从高校体育教师职业能力创新发展的必要性入手,分析我国高校体育教师职业能力创新建设方面存在的问题,进而有针对性地提出一些切实可行的对策来提升他们的职业能力。
