乡村振兴背景下我国产业扶贫存在的问题及对策建议

Problems and Suggestions on Industry-based Poverty Alleviation in China under the Background of Rural Revitalization

产业扶贫作为一项重要的扶贫措施,是由“输血式”扶贫向“造血式”扶贫的重要转变,更是打赢脱贫攻坚战的根本之策。本文立足于乡村振兴战略背景,梳理了当前我国产业扶贫存在的问题并提出相应的对策建议,以期充分发挥产业对农村地区发展的保障性作用,由产业扶贫向产业致富转变,助推乡村振兴战略的实现。

As an important poverty alleviation measure,industry-based poverty alleviation strategy indicates a change from"blood transfusion"to"blood-making"strategy,and it is the fundamental strategy to win the battle against poverty.With the increasing efforts of poverty alleviation,the poverty rate of our country has been declining and the decisive period of poverty alleviation has come.However,we should clearly realize that poverty alleviation is only our short-term goal,and our long-term goal is to satisfy people's pursuit of a better life,so it is important to realize rural revitalization.Based on the background of rural revitalization,this paper combs the existing problems of industry-based poverty alleviation in China and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to give full play to the guaranteeing role of industry in the development of rural areas,and promote industrial prosperity and rural revitalization.
