Research on Innovative Education of Art Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Guidance of Workshop Method

本文主要从Workshop工作法的内涵,应用Workshop工作法指导实践类创新教育活动的情况及成效等方面对Workshop工作法进行研究与探索,具体介绍了如何以项目为导向开展各类创新教育的实施。该方法以项目为驱动,以结果为导向,是一种有利于培养高职学生自主探究性学习能力和创新性思维能力的工作法,也是有效提高高职人才培养质量的一个重要途径,值得在更多的实践类课程中广泛应用。

This paper mainly studies Workshop method from its connotation,and its guidance in innovative education of art majors in higher vocational colleges,with all types of project-oriented innovative education activities introduced in detail.This project-driven and result-oriented education method is helpful in cultivating students’independent study ability and their creativity,and it is also an important way to improve talents training quality of higher vocational education.It is concluded that this method can be widely used in more skills training courses.
