摘要
激光经纬仪作为精密测量仪器,是目前船厂测定轴系中心线最普遍的光学仪器。但在使用激光经纬仪的过程中,需精确调整激光经纬仪的位置,若通过移动激光经纬仪支架,很难达到理想效果,这就需要一种工装来实现激光经纬仪的小范围精确移动(上下和左右移动)。针对此问题,本文在介绍测定船舶轴系中心线方法的同时,也将介绍一种新型工装——激光经纬仪可调平台,其使用可以更好地发挥激光经纬仪的精确测量功能。
As a precision measuring instrument,laser theodolite is the most commonly used optical instrument for measuring the center-line of ship shafting system in shipyard.However,in the measuring process,it is necessary to precisely adjust the position of the laser theodolite.If the laser theodolite bracket is moved,it is difficult to achieve the desired effect,so a tooling is required to achieve precise movement of the laser theodolite up and down or left and right.For this issue,this paper introduces a new tooling of laser theodolite adjusting platform and the method for measuring the center-line of ship shafting system as well.
