摘要 基于CSR规范中关于系泊绞车受力的描述规定,对一艘64900载重吨的原油船的系泊绞车进行结构设计及基座强度分析,建立了系泊绞车基座附近的局部加强有限元模型,并按规范对基座施加载荷,最后利用MSC.Nastran求解得到基座区域的应力云图,计算得出不同工况下的应力值。分析结果显示,该系泊绞车船体基座及其下加强结构的强度符合CSR规范要求,结构设计满足要求,安全可靠。分析过程及方法可为同吨位船舶的系泊绞车基座结果的设计和有限元强度评估提供帮助。 The structure design and foundation strength analysis of a mooring winch of a 64900 deadweight crude oil tanker are carried out.Based on the description of the force of mooring winch in CSR rule,the local reinforced finite element model of the foundation of mooring winch is established,and the load is applied to the foundation according to the rule.Finally,the stress plot of the foundation area is obtained by solving with MSC.Nastran,and the stress values under different load conditions are calculated.The analysis results show that the strength of the foundation and the underneath reinforced structure of the mooring winch meets the requirements of the CSR rule,and the structure design meets the requirements,which is safe and reliable.The analysis process and method can be helpful to the design of mooring winch foundation and the strength evaluation of finite element method for ships of the same tonnage.
