玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童过敏性结膜炎疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Yupingfeng Granule on Allergic Conjunctivitis in Children

目的:评价玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例过敏性结膜炎患儿随机分成两组,研究组30例,给予富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液点眼联合玉屏风颗粒口服;对照组30例,单用富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液点眼;分别于治疗前与治疗后14d。对比两组患儿治疗效果、不良反应及主要症状和体征消失时间。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差别(P>0.05);研究组眼痒、结膜充血、分泌物及眼睑乳头消失时间均明显较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒能有效提高儿童过敏性结膜炎的治疗效果,并缩短康复时间,且无明显不良反应,是安全而有效的治疗方式。

Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yupingfeng granule in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis in children. Methods: 60 children with allergic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into two groups, the study group (n=30)was treated with imestine fumarate eye drops combined with Yupingfeng granule orally, and the control group (n=30)was treated with Emistin fumarate eye drops alone, and the patients in the control group (n=30)were treated with Emistin fumarate eye drops. Before and 14 days after treatment, respectively. The therapeutic effects, adverse reactions and the time of disappearance of main symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). The time of itching, conjunctival congestion, secretion and eyelid papilla disappearance in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yupingfeng granule can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of children with allergic conjunctivitis and shorten the rehabilitation time without obvious adverse reaction. It is a safe and effective treatment method.
