注射用艾普拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Ilaprazole Sodium for Injection in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Hemorrhage

目的:确证注射用艾普拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2014年9月至2016年6月萍乡市人民医院收治的100例消化性溃疡出血患者进行随机分成观察组60例和对照组40例,分别进行72h静脉滴注艾普拉唑钠和奥美拉唑钠(洛赛克),比较两组患者72h内镜下总止血率、低及高危患者止血率以及进行药物安全性评价。结果:72h总体人群止血率观察组和对照组有效率分别为93.33%和87.5%;72h低危、高危人群止血率观察组和对照组有效率分别为94.87%和90.47%、90.47%和84.21%;观察组止血率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组和对照组分别为3.33%和6.00%;组间有统计学差异(P=0.0427)。结论:注射用艾普拉唑钠10mg每日1次,首剂加倍,静脉滴注,连续3天给药治疗消化性溃疡出血较奥美拉唑钠40mg每日2次静脉滴注标准治疗方案疗效好,且安全性良好。

Objective: To confirm the efficacy and safety of Ilaprazole Sodium for Injection in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods: 100 patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage selected in PingXiang People Hospital from September 2014 to June 2016 were randomLy divided into observation group and control group. Ilaprazole sodium and omeprazole sodium (Losec) were intravenously dripped respectively. The total hemostasis rate under endoscopy for 72 hours, the hemostasis rate of low-risk and high-risk patients for 72 hours and drug safety evaluation were compared between the two groups. Result: The total hemostasis rate of 72 hours was 93.33% in observation group and 87.5% in control group, the hemostasis rate of low-risk and high-risk patients is 94.87% and 90.47%, 90.47% and 84.21% in observation group and control group, respectively. The hemostasis rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.94% in the observation group and 8.43% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P=0.0427). Conclusion: Ilaprazole sodium for injection once a day, double dose for the first intravenous drip, intravenous drip for 3 consecutive days, is more effective and safer than Omeprazole sodium 40 mg twice a day in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.
