康柏西普联合视网膜激光光凝治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的疗效分析 被引量:6

Efficacy of Conbercept Combined with Panretinal Laser Photocoagulation on Macular Edema Secondary to Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion

摘要 目的:康柏西普联合视网膜激光光凝治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)继发黄斑水肿的疗效分析。方法:随机选取2016年6月至2018年6月我院就诊(BRVO)继发黄斑水肿患者90例,按随机数表法分为两组。对照组给予视网膜激光光凝治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予康柏西普。统计两组患者治疗前及第一次治疗后最佳矫正视力水平,检测两组患者治疗前及第一次治疗后3个月的黄斑区视网膜厚度、6mm黄斑区总容积及黄斑中心凹厚度,统计两组患者重复治疗比例,统计两组患者第一次治疗后3个月内并发症发生率及复发率。结果:治疗后,观察组各时间点最佳矫正视力水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组黄斑区视网膜厚度、6mm黄斑区总容积及黄斑中心凹厚度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组重复治疗比例低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康柏西普联合视网膜激光光凝治疗BRVO继发黄斑水肿疗效更好。 Objective: To analyze the efficacy of Conbercept combined with panretinal laser photocoagulation in the treatment of macular edema secondary to branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO). Methods: A total of 90 patients with macular edema secondary to BRVO from December 2015 to December 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. Control group was given panretinal laser photocoagulation, and observation group was given Conbercept on the basis of control group. The best corrected visual acuity levels were measured before treatment and after the first treatment. The macular retinal thickness, total volume of 6mm macular area and central foveal thickness were measured in the two groups before treatment and at 3 months after the first treatment. The proportion of repeated treatments was counted in the two groups, and the incidence rate of complications and the recurrence rate within 3 months after the first treatment were counted in the two groups. Results: After treatment, the best corrected visual acuity level at each time point in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). At 3 months after treatment, the macular retinal thickness, total volume of 6mm macular area and central foveal thickness in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The proportion of repeated treatment in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). The recurrence rate in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Conbercept combined with panretinal laser photocoagulation has good efficacy in the treatment of macular edema secondary to BRVO.
