概述冠心病诊断及发病机理,分析传统冠心病临床治疗,尤其是中西药单独使用的缺陷,在中西医结合治疗思路指导下,有针对性提出常见西药硝酸甘油滴注与口服常用中药通塞脉片,并辅之以优质护理,分类规避临床风险,经临床实践,得出该法可行,值得在基层医疗机构中推广。

This paper overviews the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease diagnosis and analysis of the traditional clinical treatment of it, especially the defects of using Chinese and western medicine alone. Under the guidance of cooperating Chinese and western medicine treatment, This paper aimed to put forward a combination of a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine-Tongsaimai tablets with a western medicine-Nitroglycerinum, and supplemented by the high quality nursing, to avoid clinical risks by classification. Examined by the clinical practice, it is concluded that the method is feasible and is worth popularizing in grassroots medical institutions.
