罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于无痛分娩中责任助产护理效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Ropivacaine Combined with Sufentanil for Responsible Midwifery Care During Painless Delivery

目的:探究罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于无痛分娩中责任助产护理效果。方法:对我院2017年4月至2018年3月期间接收的88例产妇进行分娩回顾分析。88例患者均选择无痛分娩生产,在产妇及家属签署知情同意书后,将其平均分成观察组、对照组,每组44例产妇。对照组产妇分娩期间采取常规护理,观察组产妇分娩期间采取责任助产护理。医护人员将两组产妇的分娩情况、并发症几率、护理满意度、焦虑、抑郁评分进行记录对比。结果:观察组产妇自然分娩几率(97.72%)显著高于对照组产妇自然分娩几率(86.36%),P=0.025;观察组产妇并发症几率(2.27%)显著低于对照组产妇并发症几率(9%),P=0.016;观察组产妇护理满意度(97.72%)显著高于对照组患者护理满意度(84.09%),P=0.005。结论:罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于无痛分娩中实施责任助产护理,能够有效提升无痛分娩产妇的自然分娩几率及护理满意度,降低产后并发症几率并改善抑郁情绪,应在产妇无痛分娩中推广应用。

Objective: To explore the effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil for responsible midwifery care in painless delivery. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 88 births received by our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018. Eighty-eight patients were selected for painless delivery. After the informed consent was obtained from the maternal and family members, they were equally divided into an observation group and a control group, with 44 women in each group. In the control group, routine nursing was taken during childbirth, and the observing group took care of midwifery during childbirth. The medical staff recorded and compared the maternal delivery, complications, nursing satisfaction, anxiety, and depression scores of the two groups. Results: The natural delivery rate of maternal women in the observation group(97.72%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.36%), P=0.025;The incidence of maternal complications in the observation group(2.27%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(9%), P=0.016;The maternal nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.72%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.09%), P=0.005. Conclusion: Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil can effectively improve the natural delivery rate and nursing satisfaction of painless delivery women, reduce the risk of postpartum complications and improve depression, and should be promoted in the painless delivery of women.
