摘要
目的:探究全麻联合硬膜外阻滞对比格犬脑脊液中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、淀粉样蛋白(Αβ)及脑电波的影响。方法:选用健康、成年一级比格犬40只,体重8~9kg,雌雄不限。随机分为全麻组和全麻联合硬膜外阻滞组,每组20只。建好模型后,行脊椎穿刺术抽取脑脊液,并采集静脉血,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定脑脊液和静脉血中NSE、Αβ的含量,并通过电图仪测定脑电波形的变化。结果:全麻组脑脊液和血浆中NSE分别为(69.33±11.51)μg/mL和(73.48±10.23)μg/mL、Aβ分别为(110.34±14.37)μg/mL和(120.75±15.14)μg/mL;全麻联合硬膜外阻滞组脑脊液和血浆中NSE分别为(48.64±8.47)μg/mL和(47.69±11.07)μg/mL、Aβ分别为(80.37±8.06)μg/mL和(91.63±7.48)μg/mL,两组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全麻组脑电波的周期和振幅分别为(3.88±0.23)c/s和(4.32±0.41)μV、全麻联合硬膜外阻滞组脑电波的周期和振幅分别为(3.41±0.17)c/s和(3.52±0.62)Μv,两组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全麻联合硬膜外阻滞与单纯全麻比较,可降低脑脊液和血浆中的NSE和Αβ含量,从而起到降低大脑损伤的作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of general anesthesia combined with epidural block and epidural analgesia on NSE,Aβand EEG waveform in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)of dogs.Methods:40 healthy adult beagles weighing 8-9 kg were selected no limitation with sex.Randomly divided into general anesthesia group and general anesthesia combined with epidural block group,each group of 20.After the model was built,cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)was extracted by spinal puncture and venous blood was collected.ELISA was used to determine the contents of NSE and Aβin cerebrospinal fluid and venous blood.The changes of brain wave shape were measured by electrograph.Results:NSE in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma of the general anesthesia group was(69.33±11.51)μg/mL and(73.48±10.23)μg/mL,respectively,and Aβwas(110.34±14.37)μg/mL and(120.75±15.14)μg/mL,respectively.NSE in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma of general anesthesia combined with epidural block group was(48.64±8.47)μg/mL and(47.69±11.07)μg/mL,respectively,and Aβwas(80.37±8.06)μg/mL and(91.63±7.48)μg/mL,respectively,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The period and amplitude of brainwave in the general anesthesia group were(3.88±0.23)c/s and(4.32±0.41)μV,respectively,and those in the general anesthesia group combined with epidural block group were(3.41±0.17)c/s and(3.52±0.62)μV,respectively,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with general anesthesia,general anesthesia combined with epidural block-epidural analgesia can reduce the contents of NSE and-Aβin cerebrospinal fluid and plasma,thus reducing brain injury.
