微量元素在低出生体质量儿生长发育过程中的状况研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究低出生体质量儿1周岁时体内微量元素的状况,探究微量元素对低出生体质量儿婴儿期“追赶生长”的影响。方法:选取低出生体质量儿50例为病例组,50例正常新生儿作为对照组,检测两组婴儿1周岁时微量元素水平并进行比较分析。结果:病例组1周岁微量元素状况:锌水平下降27例(54%),铁水平下降14例(28%),钙水平下降7例(14%),镁水平下降1例(2%),钙水平升高4例(8%);对照组1周岁时体内微量元素的状况:锌水平下降30例(60%),铁水平下降10例(20%),钙水平增高10例(20%),镁水平下降2例(4%)。两组微量元素的对比:低出生体质量与正常新生儿生长发育到1周岁时体内锌(t=1.695,P=0.047)、钙(t=3.703,P=0.001)水平比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论:锌元素在低出生体质量儿婴儿期“追赶生长”发育过程中容易缺乏,亦引起重视;另外,应合理引导家属正确补充钙元素。 Objective:To study the status of trace elements in low-birth-weight infant at the age of 1 year,and to explore the effect of trace elements on the“catch-up growth”of low-birth-weight infant in infancy.Methods:50 low-birth-weight infants born were selected as the case group and 50 normal neonates were used as the control group,and the levels of trace elements in infants at the age of 1 year were detected and studied.Results:Trace element status of the case group at 1 year old:Zn level decreased in 27 cases(54%),iron level decreased in 14 cases(28%),calcium decreased in 7 cases(14%),magnesium decreased in 1 case(2%),calcium increased in 4 cases(8%).Trace element status of the control group at 1 year old:Zinc level decreased in 30 cases(60%),iron level decreased in 10 cases(20%),calcium level increased in 10 cases(20%)and magnesium level decreased in 2 cases(4%).Contrast of two groups of trace elements:There were significant differences in the levels of zinc(t=1.695,P=0.047)and calcium(t=3.703,P=0.001)between low birth weight and normal newborns at the age of 1.Conclusion:Zinc is easy to be lacked during the development of"catch-up growth"in low birth weight infants,which also attracts attention.In addition,family members should be reasonably guided to supplement calcium correctly.
