硫酸镁不同滴速联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压的效果及安全性观察

Observation on the Efficacy and Safety of Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Nifedipine at Different Dropping Rates in the Treatment of Gestational Hypertension

目的:探讨硫酸镁不同滴速联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压的效果及安全性观察。方法:选取本院2015年4月至2018年3月76例妊娠期高血压患者,随机均分为观察组及对照组,每组各38例,两组患者均给予硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗,观察组患者硫酸镁以2g/h持续静滴,对照组患者硫酸镁以1g/h持续静滴,比较两组患者治疗临床效果以及用药安全性。结果:观察组患者临床治疗有效率94.73%高于对照组78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者收缩压与舒张压均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者尿蛋白表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生情况高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁2g/h的滴注速度可提高患者临床疗效,降低患者血压水平,但同时患者不良反应发生情况增加,安全性不及1g/h的滴注速度。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine at different dropping rates in the treatment of gestational hypertension.Methods:76 patients with gestational hypertension in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine.Magnesium sulfate in observation group was continuously intravenously dripped at 2g/h,while magnesium sulfate in control group was continuously dripped at 1g/h.The two groups were compared.Therapeutic efficacy and drug safety.Results:The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.73%higher than that in the control group(78.95%,P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressures in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of urinary protein in the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dripping speed of magnesium sulfate 2g/h can improve the clinical curative effect and reduce the blood pressure level of patients,but at the same time,the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients increases,and the safety of magnesium sulfate 2g/h is less than the dripping speed of 1g/h.
