摘要
溪洛渡、向家坝两梯级水库区间位于金沙江下段河段,自向家坝水库进入正常运行以来,发生了六次区间突发来水事件。以2018年7月7日事件为例,详细分析研究多年数据,寻找突发洪水来源,进一步优化向家坝水库调度方案,以确保安全完成流域梯级水库消落、度汛、蓄水、航运等多项任务,充分发挥梯级水库的综合效益。
Xiluodu-Xiangjiaba cascade reservoirs are located in the lower reach of Jinsha River.According to incomplete statistics, no less than six sudden interval flooding events are successfully handled by the cascade dispatch center since the operation of Xiangjiaba Reservoir.In this paper, the sudden interval flooding event occurred in July 7, 2018 is analyzed.The whole dispatching process is summarized in detail and the sources of the flood are determined.The experience provides useful technical reference for the further optimization of the dispatching scheme of Xiangjiaba Reservoir and the realization of comprehensive benefits of the cascade reservoirs on the premise of accomplishing the important tasks in flood control, water storage and shipping.
