马鞍山市农村劳动力职业技能培训具有客观需求,但在实际职业技能培训工作中还存在不少问题。改进这项工作,应加强政府引导,企业、高校民办培训机构联动,制定规划,加强管理,提高培训质量。

Vocational training of rural labor force is an objective demand of Ma’anshan, which still has many problems in the actual practice. To improve the vocational training of rural labor force in Ma’anshan, it is necessary to strengthen the guidance of the government as well as the linkage of enterprises, universities, and private training institutions, make plans, strengthen management and improve the quality of training.
