大学生思想政治教育工作具有主体性、系统性、层次性等特征,但由于思政教育合力不强、人才队伍素养的滞后、校园文化环境的复杂等因素影响,对构建保障思想政治教育机制提出严峻的挑战。高校应通过完善领导体制、强化人才素养、优化校园环境、健全规章制度等构建思想政治教育保障机制。

The ideological and political education of college students is subjective, systematic and hierarchical. However, due to the weak combination of ideological and political education, the lagging of talent quality, the complexity of campus cultural environment and other factors, the construction of the ideological and political education mechanism is facing severe challenges. Colleges and universities should establish the guarantee mechanism of ideological and political education by improving the leadership system, strengthening the quality of talents, optimizing the campus environment, and perfecting the rules and regulations.
