摘要 大数据技术近年来的发展愈发引起高校思想政治教育工作者的重视,其与高校思想政治教育工作之间的逻辑亲缘性也使得二者之间的创新性结合成为可能。这种结合一方面使得高校思想政治教育工作得到了深化和推进,但同时也产生出诸如对主体权利的侵犯、科技时代的人性异化和人道主义危机等伦理失范问题。对此,我们要保持开放心态,坚持共享精神,在加强数据立法的同时坚守伦理底线,还要增强自我保护,维护人性自由。只有这样我们才能把大数据时代的高校思想政治教育工作继续推向深入。 The development of big data technology in recent years has increasingly attracted the attention of ideological and political education workers in universities. And its logical affinity with the ideological and political education work of universities has made the innovative combination between them possible. On the one hand, this combination has deepened and promoted the ideological and political education work in universities, but at the same time it has produced ethical anomie such as the violation of the rights of the subject, the alienation of human nature in the era of science and technology and the humanitarian crisis. In this regard, we must not only maintain an open mind, adhere to the spirit of sharing, strengthen the ethical bottom line while strengthening data legislation, but also enhance selfprotection and safeguard human freedom. Only in this way can we make the college big data ideological and political education work a promising cause.
