摘要
对进口辐射松木材的天然耐腐性能及其热处理材、防腐处理材的防腐性能进行综合评价,结果表明:进口辐射松木材天然耐腐等级为Ⅲ级(稍耐腐),热处理可使耐腐等级提高到Ⅰ级(强耐腐);其心、边材渗透性差异大,边材短时间真空处理即可,而心材则需先真空处理再常压浸泡,载药量可达到1.17kg/m^3。使用CuAz-5处理边材,在载药量为0.97kg/m^3时,室内测试的质量损失率低于5.7%;载药量为1.4kg/m^3时,8年野外埋地测试材质完好。
The natural durability of Radiata pine(Pinus radiata)wood as well as the decay resistance of heat-treated and water-based copper azole-treated Radiata pine wood were evaluated. The test results showed that natural durability of Radiata pine wood reached Grade Ⅲ(slight decay resistance).The decay resistance of Radiata pine wood samples heat-treated at 215 ℃ for 3 hours was improved significantly to Grade Ⅰ.The permeability of the Radiata pine wood was also assessed with the results showing a better permeability of the sapwood samples than the heartwood ones.To reach chemical retention value of 1.17 kg/m^3,the sapwood could be easily treated in vacuum condition just for a short period of time,while the heartwood had to be treated in vacuum conditions and then soaked under normal pressure.When the sapwood samples were treated with CuAz-5 preservatives with 0.97 kg/m^3 of the chemical retention value,the loss rate in laboratory test was less than 5.7%.When chemical retention value of 1.4 kg/m^3,the sapwood samples performed equally well at both Year-1 and Year-8 field tests.
