基于文化竞争力视角的湖南文化产业发展研究

本文以文化竞争力为研究对象,基于湖南省文化产业发展现状,从微观、中观、宏观三个角度构建了涵盖18个指标的文化竞争力综合评价体系。在此基础上运用因子分析方法对2005-2016年湖南文化竞争力发展变化进行纵向考察,并选取全国31个省市自治区的数据进行横向比较。在实证研究的基础上,本文从发挥优势文化产业的创新引领作用、促进文化产业与其它产业深度融合、提供文化产业保险服务等方面提出了促进湖南文化产业发展的政策建议。

Taking the cultural competitiveness as research object, based on the current situation of cultural industry of Hunan, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of cultural competitiveness, with 18 indicators from micro, meso and macro perspectives. Then by using factor analysis method the paper examines the cultural competitiveness longitudinally, and makes a horizontal comparison of the data of 31 provinces and autonomous regions of China from 2005-2016. Based on the empirical results, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote Hunan's cultural industry, i.e. playing a leading role in innovation t, promoting the deep integration between cultural industry and other industries, and providing insurance services for cultural industry.
