高压共轨喷油器各孔喷油均匀性的测试与分析

摘要 设计高压共轨喷油器的测量装置,测量喷油嘴各个喷孔的喷油量,分析各喷孔喷油量的均匀性,通过测试2只高压共轨喷油器喷油嘴的各孔喷油量,对测量装置进行考核和验证;计算和分析高压共轨喷油器喷油嘴各孔喷油量均匀性对碳烟(soot)排放、指示功等的影响。结果表明:测量装置的喷油总量和重复性均满足试验要求,2只喷油器喷油嘴下排喷孔的喷油量均大于上排喷孔,转速、喷射压力以及喷射脉宽对喷油嘴各孔喷油质量均匀性均有一定影响;喷油嘴各孔喷油量不均匀会导致发动机soot排放恶化,增加局部soot浓度。 Based on the high pressure common rail injector,a new type of injector quantity measuring device is designed and constructed,which can measure the fuel injection of each injection holes of the nozzle of high pressure common rail injector easily and quickly,so as to analyze the uniformity of each injection hole fuel injection.The fuel injection quantity of each injection hole of two high-pressure common rail injector is measured by this device.The results show that this device meets the test requirements in terms of total fuel injection and repeatability;the fuel injection quantity of lower injection holes are more than the upper injection holes;injection pressure,injection duration and engine speed have influence on the injection quantity uniformity of the nozzle of high pressure common rail injector.In addition,the influence of injection quantity uniformity of the nozzle of high pressure common rail injector on soot emission are also investigatied,the results show that the uneven injection quantity of the nozzle can lead to the deterioration of engine soot emission and the increased of local soot concentration.
