摘要 为减少座圈磨损导致的发动机性能恶化和寿命降低,通过微观形貌观察和成分分析,确定气体机气门座圈磨损的主要原因,通过提升气门座圈材料、改变密封锥面角度、降低气门落座速度等设计改进,提高气门座圈的耐磨性。结果表明:改进后的气门座圈在WP10常用发电机型进行525h耐久考核,磨损量较小,满足该机型的寿命要求,改进方案有效,已推广应用到北美和欧Ⅵ的机型。 Valve seat plays an important role on the performance and reliability of NG engine.The performance and engine life will be reduced by the wear of valve seat.By micro-structure observation and composition analysis,the wear of valve is investigated and several refinements were applied,such as improving valve seat material,changing the seal angel and reducing the speed of valve resitting.The results show the wear is small after tested for 525 hours in WP10 engine,the improved valve seat pass durability test on WAC prime engine.
