摘要
角接触向心轴承轴向力的分析与计算是"机械设计"课程中的重点和难点问题之一。在学习过程中,学生对角接触向心轴承的结构和设计计算存在一些模糊的认识。通过作者多年的教学和实践经验以及独特的释疑方法,比如:"尖对尖,尖背尖,力指尖,附加轴向力"等判断方法,学生能够很好地理解教材中未能详细解读的内容,能够在日常的学习中牢固地掌握知识点,并能够在机械设计工作中灵活应用。
Analysis and calculation of the axial force of angular contact radial bearing are the key and difficult problems in the teaching of mechanical design.During their study,students have some fuzzy understanding of the diagonal contact bearing.Through the author's many years of teaching and experience and unique interpretations and judgment methods such as "point to point,point against point,force to point,additional axial force",students can well understand the contents that cannot be explained in detail in the text books,grasp knowledge firmly,and apply it flexibly in mechanical design work.
