体教体操类健康教育课程的认知与变革探析

摘要 本文主要从体操运动在我国体育教育领域的发展历程中发现和认知体操运动的内容和项目价值,并对体操类健康教育课程在当前新时代背景下进行变革初探,研究采用文献资料法、访谈法等方法,分析变革的基础和需求,探析相应模式及趋势,认识到体操运动的巨大价值,应当基于社会发展及人们的需求,充分利用现有科技力量,将体操难美特性直观可视且可重复化,借力相应技术平台将体操运动价值应用于各级学生的健康教育,从体育教育专业体操课程的角度为健康教育课程的发展提供考量。 This article mainly discusses value of gymnastics in view of the development of gymnastics in physical education in our country,and probes into the reform of gymnastics curriculum against the background of new era.By using the methods of documentation and interview,it analyses the basis and demand of the change,explores the corresponding modes and trends,and identifies the great value of gymnastics.Gymnastics health education should be based on social development and people's needs.The existing technology should be fully used in it so as to make the difficult and beautiful part of gymnastics visual and repeatable,and technological platform should be utilized to apply gymnastics to the health education at all levels,so as to provide thoughts for the development of health education curriculum from the perspective of gymnastics curriculum of physical education.
