摘要
根据客户要求,青岛特钢首次试制生产了Φ65 mm规格35MnBH工程机械用圆钢,但检验发现J19点端淬性能不合,同时J8点端淬性能偏低,对此现象进行了分析研究。通过调整化学成分、Ti/N比、DI值和调整连铸参数降低中心偏析、轧钢时提高加热温度、在不影响轧制节奏的前提下,适当延长加热时间、冷床加盖保温罩、圆钢采取分组冷却等,成功解决了35MnBH圆钢端淬性能不合的问题,产品质量完全满足客户要求。
According to the customer requirements, Qingdao Special Steel Company has produced Φ 65mm 35MnBH round steel for construction machinery for the first time, but it is found that the end quenching performance of J19 point is not good, and the end quenching performance of J8 point is on the low side. This phenomenon is analyzed and studied. By adjusting the chemical composition, Ti/N ratio, DI value and adjusting the continuous casting parameters to reduce the center segregation, the heating temperature is increased when rolling, the heating time is properly prolonged, the cold bed is covered with insulation cover, and the round steel is cooled in groups, which successfully solves the problem of incompatibility of end quenching performance of 35MnBH round steel, and the product quality fully meets the customer requirements.
