芹菜籽对家蝇产卵忌避作用研究

Study on the dispersal effect of celery seeds on Musca domestica

目的了解芹菜籽对家蝇产卵的忌避作用。方法使用含芹菜籽粉末的饲料喂养家蝇,观察家蝇的产卵情况。结果芹菜籽质量分数为3%时对家蝇依旧有明显的产卵忌避作用,质量分数为30%的芹菜籽粉对家蝇产卵抑制的有效期高达72h。芹菜籽质量分数对家蝇蛹的孵化抑制无统计学意义。结论芹菜籽对家蝇有产卵忌避作用。

Objective:To study the effects of the celery seeds Turcz on the oviposition,growth and development of Musca domestica.Methods:The M.domestica were fed with the fodder that contains celery seeds powder and the oviposition results were observed.Results:When the mass fraction of the celery seeds were 3%,there was still significant deterrent effect on the M.domestica oviposition.When the mass fraction was 30%,the deterrent effect on the M.domestica eggs was valid for up to 72 hours.The mass fraction of celery seed had no statistical significance to M.domestica oviposition.Conclusion:The celery seeds have deterrent effect on the M.domestica oviposition.
