摘要
利用磁场控制电弧运动是目前真空断路器熄灭电弧主要技术手段。本文对真空断路器灭弧室触头结构研究进行综述,包括了触头的特点及其磁场分布,主要包括横磁触头结构与纵磁触头结构,并在此基础上形成的横-纵磁触头结构。此外,对各触头间优缺点做了简单评述,最后提出了目前制约真空断路器电压等级提高的触头磁场问题。
Using magnetic field to control arc is the main technical method to extinguish the arc of vacuum circuit breaker(VCB).In this paper,various contact structures of VCB are summarized.The characteristics and magnetic field distributions of transverse magnetic field(TMF)contacts,axial magnetic field(AMF)contacts,and the based TMF/AMF contact are introduced.The strength and weakness of each contact are briefly analyzed,and the problem of contact magnetic field restricting the improvement of voltage grade of VCB is put forward.
