摘要
在制造业,模具的使用非常广泛。但与国外相比,我国模具的使用寿命普遍较低。模具的使用寿命与其结构、材料选用、热处理工艺及使用的正确性等因素有关。在热处理方面,针对不同工况的模具,采用预处理、真空高压气淬、深冷处理、降温淬火、高温淬火、等温淬火、在第一类回火脆性区回火以及化学热处理等工艺,均可提高其使用寿命。
Dies were extremely extensively used in manufacturing industry.However,service life of dies is lower at home than abroad.The service life of die is related to configuration,selection of material,heat treating process,correctness of use,etc.As far as heat treating is concerned,the use of pretreating,vacuum high pressure gas quenching,deep-cryogenic treatment,quenching from a lower-temperature,quenching from an even higher temperature,austempering,tempering at 350℃embrittlement zone,or chemical heat treatment all permits dies in different operation condition to show better durability.
