基于调节函数的新能源并网的主变电压越限处理方法

Main transformer voltage over-limit processing method for new energy grid-connected based on adjustment function

针对含大规模新能源发电的地区电网主变母线电压越限问题,提出了一种基于调节函数的处理策略,通过排序计算调节函数值形成调节策略候选集,然后将新能源发电系统的无功调节、有载调压器的档位调节以及无功补偿装置的投切等多种调节方式协调控制。与传统的基于电压灵敏度的调节方法相比,调节矩概念的使用使得调节机理更加形象化,同时现场运行结果表明,该方法具有算法简单、计算速度快、占用计算内存少等优点。

Aiming at the problem of the over-limit of the main transformer bus voltage of the regional power grid with large-scale new energy generation, a processing strategy based on the adjustment function was proposed. The adjustment function value was formed by sorting to form an adjustment strategy candidate set, and then the reactive power regulation of the new energy power generation system, the gear position adjustment of the on-load voltage regulator, and the switching of the reactive power compensation device were coordinated and controlled. Compared with the traditional voltage sensitivity-based adjustment method, the use of the adjustment moment concept made the adjustment mechanism more visual. At the same time, the field operation results showed that the method had the advantages of simple algorithm, fast calculation speed and less computational memory.
