摘要
为解决某电厂循环流化床锅炉在投运湿法脱硫塔和湿式电除尘器后的白色烟雨现象,采用烟气除湿消白技术进行系统改造。通过在湿式电除尘器出口增加烟气-蒸汽换热器的方式,利用锅炉的过热蒸汽加热湿饱和烟气,将原烟气温度从45℃加热到65℃以上,以实现烟气脱白。试验及调试结果表明,经过直接加热烟气消白技术改造后,锅炉运行稳定,各运行参数正常,各项污染物排放均达到超低排放标准,烟囱无“白烟”。
Technical transformation on the flue gas dehumidification and whitening in the circulating fluidized bed boilers was retrofitted to solve the “white smoke” of chimney in operation of desulfurization tower and wet electrostatic precipitator: a flue gas-steam heater was installed in the exit of wet electrostatic precipitator using the high pressure superheated steam to heat the wet saturated flue gas, and the original flue gas was heated from 45 ℃ to above 65 ℃, and whitening was achieved. Results showed that the steady operation with constant thermal parameters of the boilers after retrofitted, and the ultra-low emissions standards achieved, chimney without “white smoke”.
