摘要
中药多成分、多靶点、多途径的复杂性,使得中药在世界药物的发展受到了一定程度的限制.随着计算机技术和各类数据库的发展与联合应用,网络药理学提供了阐明中医药繁杂体系的新型手段,且该技术在探寻中药的药效物质基础和分子机制中被广泛利用.本文对网络药理学进行简要描述,在中药药效物质的筛选和作用机制上的应用上进行探索,以期为利用该技术在中药临床的应用和开发上提供依据.
The complexity of multi-component, multi-target and multi-pathway limited the development of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM ) in the world in a certain extent. With the development of computer technology and related databases, network pharmacology provides a new tool for modern medical interpretation of TCM. It is widely applied for exploring the pharmacodynamic substances and mechanism in TCM. Network pharmacology technology was summarized in the studies on the screening pharmacodynamic substance and to explore the application of molecular mechanism. A theoretical basis of clinical application can be provided and was looked ahead in this field.
