玻纤增强共聚甲醛MC90产品的研究与制备 被引量:1

摘要 MC90是共聚甲醛装置上的主要产品,具有耐磨、耐热、耐冲击和耐化学性等优良性能.但在一些特殊环境中,其强度不能满足高强度产品要求.为了提高MC90产品的强度,以MC90产品为基础料,利用玻璃纤维进行增强改性研究,在相容剂A作用下,玻璃纤维提升了共聚甲醛MC90产品的强度和热变形温度,强度增大了一倍,热变形温度提高60~68℃了达到了增强改性MC90的实验目标. MC90 is the main product of copolymerization formaldehyde plant. It has excellent properties of wear resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance and chemical resistance. However, in some special environments, its strength can t meet the requirements of high-strength products. In order to improve the strength of MC90 products, glass fibers were used to reinforce and modify MC90 products based on MC90 products. Under the action of compatibilizer A, the strength and thermal deformation temperature of copolymer formaldehyde MC90 products were increased by glass fibers, the strength was doubled, and the thermal deformation temperature was increased by 60~68 ℃, which reached the experimental goal of strengthening and modifying MC90.
