摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备钴酸铜(CuCo2O4)催化剂,用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对催化剂进行表征.以酸性紫FBL为降解污染物,研究CuCo2O4催化超声波降解酸性紫FBL的性能.考察了降解时间、溶液pH值、超声功率、CuCo2O4用量、初始染料浓度对降解的影响.结果表明,在pH为1,超声功率140 W,CuCo2O4用量0.010 g,酸性紫FBL初始浓度为0.050 g/L时,降解60 min,脱色率可达87.61%.
CuCo2O4 catalysts were prepared through a sol-gel method, the catalyst was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM ) and X-ray diffraction (XRD ). Using acid violet FBL as degradation pollutant, the ultrasonic degradation performance of acid violet FBL was investigated through the catalyst of CuCo2O4. The effects of factors such as degradation time, pH value of solution, ultrasonic power, CuCo2O4 dosage and initial dye concentration for degradation were studied. The results showed that the decolorization rate could reach 87.61% after 60min degradation at pH=1, ultrasonic power of 140W, CuCo2O4 dose of 0.010 g and initial concentration of acid violet FBL of 0.050g/L.
