添加剂对农用硫酸钾溶解速率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 选择了16种添加剂考察其含量、组分的不同组合以及溶液温度和酸碱度对农用硫酸钾溶解速率的影响.试验结果表明:在硫酸钾溶液中加入1.0%~1.5%的磷酸氢二钠、磷酸氢二钠/乙二胺四乙酸二钠、磷酸氢二钠/乙二胺四乙酸二钠/聚乙烯醇磷酸铵等单一组分添加剂或多组分添加剂可将农用硫酸钾的溶解速率提高2~3倍;溶液温度升高和pH降低均能有效加快硫酸钾的溶解速率. Sixteen additives were selected to investigate the effects of their contents, different combinations of components, and solution temperature and pH on the dissolution rate of agricultural potassium sulfate. The test results showed that 1.0%~1.5% disodium hydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate/ethylenediamine tetraacetate, disodium hydrogen phosphate/ethylenediamine tetraacetate/ammonium polyvinyl phosphate were added to the potassium sulfate solution. Single-component additives or multi-component additives such as ammonium phosphate can increase the dissolution rate of potassium sulfate for agricultural use by 2~3 times, the increase of solution temperature and pH can effectively accelerate the dissolution rate of potassium sulfate.
