摘要
为了解铅锌尾矿中重金属的浸出特性,对铅锌尾矿渣在不同条件下进行静态浸泡正交实验,并对实验数据采用SPSS软件进行均值分析和方差分析.结果表明:浸提方法、粒径和振荡频率对尾矿中重金属元素的浸出影响较为显著;在pH为3.2、4.93和7的条件下,重金属元素Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd、Ni的浸出浓度呈现出先升高再降低的趋势;粒径与重金属元素的浸出浓度呈显著负相关;在低振荡频率下重金属Pb、Zn、Cd、Ni的浸出浓度最高.
In order to understand the characteristics of heavy metal leaching of lead-zinc tailings, the static immersion orthogonal experiment of lead and zinc tailings slag under different conditions were carried out, and the experimental data were analyzed by SPSS for mean and variance analysis. The results showed that the extraction method, particle size and oscillation frequency had significant effects on the leaching of heavy metal elements in tailings. Under the conditions of pH 3.2, 4.93 and 7, the leaching concentration of heavy metal elements Pb, Zn, Cu, Cd and Ni increased initially and then decreased. The particle size was significantly negatively correlated with the leaching concentration of heavy metal elements. The leaching concentration of heavy metals Pb, Zn, Cd, and Ni was the highest at low oscillation frequencies.
