摘要 为提高气相色谱法测定饮料中甜蜜素的检测效率,通过减少待测样品的取样量,同时减少相应的试剂使用量,采用15 mL离心管代替国标的50 mL离心管做容器,利用回旋振荡器一次性同时震荡萃取代替人工逐个萃取操作,使样品处理得到简化和统一化,大大节省了样品前处理所需的时间.改进后检测限0.0040 mg/kg,RSD=2.44%,回收率在80%~110%之间.满足原国标方法的检测要求,且RSD更小. To improve the gas chromatography determination of cyclamate in beverage testing efficiency, by reducing the amount of samples to be tested, and reducing the corresponding reagent usage at the same time, 15 mL centrifugal tube was used as container instead of 50 mL centrifugal tube as national standard, one-time concurrent oscillation extraction with cyclotron oscillator was used instead of manual one-by-one extraction operation at the same time, the sample processing was simplified and united, the time needed for sample preparation was greatly saved. The improved detection limit was 0.0040 mg/kg, RSD=2.44%, and the recovery rate was between 80% and 110%. It met the detection requirements of the original national standard method and had a smaller RSD.
