球形肺炎的CT诊断价值与鉴别诊断分析

Diagnostic Value and Differential Diagnosis of Spherical Pneumonia by CT

目的:探究球形肺炎接受CT诊断的诊断价值与鉴别方法。方法:2015年3月~2019年3月本病患者100例,回顾性分析其临床资料,病理资料。结果:经CT扫描确认病变位于肺野背侧41例、右肺中叶21例、左肺上叶前段19例、左肺上舌段16例。100例患者中,经CT诊断确诊91例,诊断准确率为91.00%。患者的病灶CT表现主要为类球形、球形或者方形。结论:球形肺炎较为容易混淆其他肺部病变,经CT扫描能为疾病诊断与鉴别提供依据。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value and method of CT diagnosis of spherical pneumonia.Methods:The clinical data and pathological data of 100 patients from March 2015 to March 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The CT scan confirmed that the lesions were located in 41 cases of the back side of the lung field,21 in the middle of the right lung,19 in the front of the upper lobe of the left lung and 16 in the upper tongue of the left lung.Among the 100 patients,91 cases were diagnosed by CT diagnosis and the diagnostic accuracy was 91.00%.The CT of the patient's focus is mainly spherical,spherical or square.Conclusion:Spherical pneumonia can be easily confused with other pulmonary lesions.It can provide basis for diagnosis and differentiation of disease.
