鼻内窥镜治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎患者的效果及不良反应率分析

Endoscopic Treatment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Sinusitis and Analysis of Adverse Reaction Rate

目的:探讨鼻内窥镜用于老年慢性鼻窦炎患者治疗中的效果和不良反应状况。方法:对本院收入的62例老年慢性鼻窦炎患者开展项目研究,选自2017年5月~2019年3月,分组法为抽签法,一组入组31例,试验组行鼻内窥镜手术,对照组行传统手术,比较两组临床有效统计率、不良反应统计率。结果:试验组临床有效统计率较对照组计算数据值提升(P<0.05);试验组不良反应统计率较对照组计算数据值下降(P<0.05)。结论:对老年慢性鼻窦炎患者予以鼻内窥镜手术治疗效果较优,不良反应少。

Objective:To investigate the effect and adverse reaction of nasal endoscope in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods:A total of 62 elderly patients with chronic sinusitis were enrolled in the hospital.The study was conducted from May 2017 to March 2019.The grouping method was a lottery method.A group of 31 patients was enrolled.The experimental group underwent endoscopic sinus surgery.The control group underwent traditional operation,and the clinical effective statistical rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effective statistical rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The statistical rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic sinus surgery for elderly patients with chronic sinusitis is better and less adverse reactions.
