光催化技术处理二甲苯中试

PILOT-SCALE STUDY OF XYLENE TREATMENT BY TECHNIQUE OF PHOTOCATALYSIS

摘要 实验模拟工业应用中有机废气的排放特征,自主搭建设计了20000 m^3/h的光催化反应装置,以UV-D/UV-C双波段紫外灯为光源分别考察了臭氧浓度、催化模块、空塔流速对二甲苯矿化效率的影响。结果表明:当二甲苯进气浓度为250 mg/m^3,臭氧浓度为38 mg/m^3,空塔流速为1.4~2.1 m/s时,二甲苯矿化效率较高,达到78.7%~80.2%,TiO2/TC催化模块因具有吸附催化协同作用,比TiO2/LB催化模块的矿化效率提高20%以上。 The self-made experimental device for photocatalytic reaction with a capacity of 20000 m^3/h was designed,by which the emission characteristics of the organic waste gas were simulated in industrial application.The effects of ozone concentration,catalytic module and superficial velocity on mineralization efficiency of xylene were investigated in UV-D/UV-C dual band ultraviolet lamp.Results indicated that when the initial concentration of xylene was 250 mg/m^3,the ozone concentration was 38 mg/m^3 and the superficial velocity was 1.4~2.1 m/s,the mineralization efficiency of xylene reached 78.7%~80.2%,which improved by 20%more than catalytic module of TiO2/LB series,owing to the synergistic effect of adsorption catalysis.
