卡波姆凝胶模拟消化污泥流动性能分析

ANALYSIS ON CARBOPOL GEL SOLUTION TO SIMULATE FLOW PERFORMANCE OF DIGESTED SLUDGE

摘要 选用卡波姆-940凝胶溶液,根据同流体流动相似准则分别从密度和流变学参数来分析卡波姆-940透明溶液作为消化污泥相似溶液的可行性。采用质量法和流变仪分别测量不同浓度污泥和添加葡萄糖的卡波姆-940溶液密度和流变特征。结果表明,对污泥和添加葡萄糖的卡波姆-940溶液采用H-B模型进行拟合,拟合度均在0.96以上。不同含水率污泥与不同质量分数的葡萄糖-卡波姆溶液流变曲线决定系数R1(动力黏度)均在0.95以上,R2(剪切应力)均在0.93以上,二者均为典型的非牛顿流体。等同性分析表明:在显著性水平α=0.05时,2种流体中以流变特性(极限黏度)和密度为参数的双侧t检验不具有差异性,符合同流体流动相似准则。故添加葡萄糖的卡波姆-940透明溶液可以作为污泥的相似溶液,为可视化研究污泥等不透明生物质流体在厌氧消化器内的流场分布奠定基础。 Carbopol gel 940 solution was selected,and the feasibility of using carbopol gel 940 transparent solution as sludge similarity criterion from density and rheological parameters was verified in this paper.It provides a feasible method for the visual study of the internal flow field of the sludge anaerobic digestion reactor.The density of sludge and different mass fraction glucose-added carbopol gel 940 solution were measured by gravimetric method,and their rheological characteristics were measured by rotating viscometer.And H-B(Herschele Bulkley)model was proposed to describe their rheological behavior,with fitting degree all above 0.96.The different water content(92%~95%)and different mass fraction(0.2%、0.175%、0.14%、0.10%)were all typical pseudo-plastic non-Newtonian fluid and showed the same trend in the rheological curves with similar curvatures.The determination coefficients of rheological curves of two kinds of fluids were R1(viscosity curve)above 0.95 and R2(shear stress curve)above 0.93,separately.The result of Welch’s t-test showed that there was no big difference in the rheological parameter and density of the two kinds of fluid at the significant level of 0.05.Carbopol gel solution was proved to be feasible in simulating the rheological property of digested sludge.It laid a foundation for visualizing the flow field distribution of opaque biomass fluid such as sludge in anaerobic digester.
