构建全产业链的集成电路QML军标体系的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of integrated circuit QML military standard system for building a whole industry chain

随着国内外集成电路国军标生产线质量管控水平的发展和元器件自主可控国产化需求的增强,集成电路生产线合格制造厂目录(Qualified Manufacure’s Listing, QML)认证日益急迫。如何有效实施集成电路生产线QML贯标认证,已成为质量管理工作的一项新课题。从识别全产业链集成电路QML军标体系建设风险点出发,强化策划和组织保障,从管理和技术两个方面建成管控体系,并运行自查评定系统诊断体系运行有效性,对建立全流程集成电路军标体系的探索和实践提出了观点和看法。

With the developments of the quality control level of the integrated circuit national standard production line at home and abroad and the demands of autonomous controlled localization of components,QML certification of integrated circuit production line is increasingly urgent. How to effectively implement QML standard certification for integrated circuit production lines has become a new issue in quality management. In this paper,starting from identifying the risk points of building QML military standard system for integrated circuits in the whole industry chain,strengthening planning and organizational support,building a management and control system from two aspects of management and technology,and running self-checking evaluation system to evaluate the operational effectiveness of the diagnosis system,we put forward to some views on the exploration and practice of building a military standard system for integrated circuits in the whole process.
