利用通用图实现航天小批量产品合格率控制 被引量:3

摘要 针对航天产品多品种、小批量生产的特点,开展了通用图合格率控制方法的应用研究。通过对通用图在航天产品合格率控制中的适用性和应用流程分析,给出了关键质量特性识别、工序对象参数确定、通用图制作、工序稳定性分析等工作的实施方法,并通过案例进行了应用分析,为航天产品在质量特征数据样本量缺乏的情况下开展合格率和稳定性分析与控制提供了技术途径。 Aiming at the characteristics of multi-variety and small-batch production of aerospace products,the application research of the method of Universal Control Chart is used for the control of qualified rate. Based on the analysis of the applicability and process of Universal Control Chart in the control of qualified rate of aerospace products,the implementation methods of key quality characteristics identification,process object parameter determination,a Universal Control Chart making and process stability analysis are given. This method provides a technical way for the analysis and control of qualified rate and stability of aerospace products in the absence of sample size of quality characteristic data.
