从度电成本分析陆上风电平价上网实现对策

Analysis on implementation of the grid parity for onshore wind farm from the perspective of ICOE

随着陆上风电产业进入规模化发展,风电电价下调并逐步过度到平价上网已成为趋势。文章通过引入风电度电成本的模型,利用敏感性分析得出影响陆上风电度电成本影响的主要因素,并结合中国不同资源区域实现平价上网进行分析,提出陆上风电平价上网的建议和对策。

With the scale development of the onshore wind power industry,there is the tendency that the wind power prices go down and gradually transit to grid parity.By introducing the model of wind power ICOE,this paper uses sensitivity analysis to determine the main factors affecting ICOE of onshore wind power,analyzes the implementation of grid parity with consideration of different wind resources regions in China,and presents suggestions and solutions for implementation of grid parity for onshore wind power.
