放松训练联合肌群强化训练对髋关节置换术患者的影响

Effect of Relaxation Training combined with Muscle Group Intensive Training on Patients with Hip Replacement

目的:探讨放松训练联合肌群强化训练对髋关节置换术患者的影响。方法:将92例股骨颈骨折行髋关节置换手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组46例,对照组给予常规康复运动训练,观察组在此基础上给予放松训练联合肌群强化训练,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组训练后1周、训练后2周、训练后3个月Harris髋关节功能量表(Harris Hip Score,HHS)、Charnley髋关节功能评分(Charnley Hip Score,CHS)、改良Barthel指数(Modified Barthel Index,MBI)评分优于训练前(P<0.05),观察组训练后2周、训练后3个月HHS、CHS、MBI评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组训练2周后满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:放松训练联合肌群强化训练可提高股骨颈骨折行髋关节置换手术患者的肢体功能稳定性,有效增强关节活动功能,改善日常生活质量,提高患者的依从性及满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of relaxation training combined with muscle group intensive training on patients with hip replacement.Methods:A total of 92 cases of femoral neck fracture patients undergoing hip replacement surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 46 cases each.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation exercise training,and the observation group was given relaxation training combined with muscle group intensive training based on the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Harris Hip Score(HHS),Charnley Hip Score(CHS)and modified Barthel Index(MBI)were better than those before training(P<0.05)at 1 week after training,2 weeks after training and 3 months after training in the two groups,while HHS,CHS and MBI scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 2 weeks of training(P<0.05).Conclusion:Relaxation training combined with muscle group intensive training can improve the limb function stability of patients undergoing hip replacement surgery for femoral neck fracture,effectively enhance joint activity function,promote the quality of daily life,and improve patient compliance and satisfaction.
