摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在老年股骨脆性骨折患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将159例老年股骨脆性骨折患者按患者意愿分为研究组78例和对照组81例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予循证护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组患者治疗满意度、并发症发生率、出院6个月中国人骨质疏松症专用生存质量量表(COQOL)评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理可有效降低老年股骨脆性骨折并发症发生率,提高治疗满意度和生存质量。
Objective:To explore the application method and effect of evidence-based nursing in elderly patients with femoral brittle fracture.Methods:A total of 159 cases of senile patients with femoral brittle fracture were divided into study group of 78 cases and control group of 81 cases according to patients′ willing.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given evidence-based nursing.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The differences in treatment satisfaction,complication rate and COQOL scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of femoral brittle fracture in the elderly,and improve the satisfaction of treatment and quality of life.
