摘要 针对目前国内风机安全监测方面缺乏技术标准,监测指标、监测方式还没有形成共识这一问题,结合高寒山地风机安全监测实践,分析了各项安全监测指标的相互关系,指出风机在线安全监测总体上可以归结于对塔筒倾斜度的监测;论述了风机塔筒倾斜度的安全标准、监测方法、监测布置与预警方式,为行业建立统一的风机在线安全监测技术标准提供方案。 In view of the lack of technical standards for wind turbine safety monitoring in China and the lack of consensus on monitoring indicators and monitoring methods, the relationship between various safety monitoring indicators is analyzed based on the practice of wind turbine safety monitoring in Alpine mountainous areas. It is pointed out that on-line wind turbine safety monitoring can generally be attributed to the monitoring of tower inclination. This paper describes the safety standard, monitoring method, monitoring arrangement and early warning mode of the inclination of wind turbine tower barrel, which provides a scheme for establishing a unified technical standard for online safety monitoring of wind turbine in the industry.
